Happy 41st. Hucky

Happy Birthday Hucky

Happy 41st Hucky...

Hope you have a great day today and a wonderful year ahead.  You are a wonderful husband and a great father.  Enjoy your Man Day at the beach.  Eat lots of strips & cheese and maybe a waffle cone too.  I love you...
Today, we started off our day with Jonah asking to ride his bike while still in his pj's. He's starting to get more comfortable on his bike, which is pretty amazing, considering just a week ago, he wouldn't ride it at all.

Then, we headed down south to visit with one of my oldest friends, Diane, and her family.  We spent the afternoon at the beach and went back to hang out and have dinner.  We had a great time.  Thank you, Mark, Diane, Levi, Clay and Joy.  Especially, Joy.  Jonah told us that he wants her to be, "one of his chicks."  Then, on the way home, he told us he wanted to sing a song about Joy.  Oh Smert!

We came home to find Uncle Jace and our nieces, Morgan and Loren.  They made a cake for Joe for this birthday.  It was made with lots of love.  Thanks you guys.  We love you.  What a great way to start of Hucky's week long extravaganza!  Until next time...

Thumbs up Smert!

The Lambertwin's Birthday

Today, we celebrated Cole & Cameron's birthdays.  For those of you who don't know them, they are the twins of our good friends, Rick & Tracey.  They are about 4 months older than Jonah, so it has been a blast for us to watch these little munchkins grow up together.  I couldn't help but think, as I saw Jonah being driven around by Cole & Cami in the back of their big, cool truck, that they will look a lot like this in another 12-13 years.  These two were born on Joe's birthday four years ago.  Happy Birthday Cole & Cami.  We love you...

Just a sampling of what a great guy Hucky is...

So, today I came home from work today to find this dinner of jasmine rice, grilled veggies and chicken and these fresh cut roses from our yard.  He always tells me this, and it's true, he really is a great guy!  I love you Hucky...
This was the first week of summer vacation for the kids.  Joe's sister and the kids came to spend the week with us to get out of the desert heat.  Thanks Jess, I know Jonah a great week.  We love you!
